Terms and Conditions

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you about billing and service updates.

You agree not to use StoreTunnel to:

• Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods, or items prohibited under Bangladeshi law.
• Process fraudulent transactions or misuse payment or courier integrations.
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to StoreTunnel's systems.

Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly based on the plan you select. Prices are shown in BDT and may be updated from time to time, with notice provided before changes take effect for existing subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for details on trials, cancellations, and refunds.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your store will be taken offline and your data handled according to our Privacy Policy.

StoreTunnel is provided on an “as is” basis. While we work to keep the platform reliable and secure, we're not liable for losses arising from third-party services (such as payment gateways or couriers), service interruptions, or actions taken by you or your customers on your store.

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes to the platform or applicable law. We'll update the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
