• Billing information — processed by our payment partners; we don't store full card numbers.
• Store data — products, orders, customer details entered by you, and analytics events.
• Usage data — device, browser, and log information when you access the dashboard.

• To operate your store, process orders, and run your dashboard.
• To communicate with you about billing, product updates, and support.
• To detect and prevent fraud, including the order screening features described on our homepage.
• To improve StoreTunnel's features and reliability.

To process payments and deliveries, relevant order information is shared with the providers you enable for your store:

• Payment gateways — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and SSLCommerz, to process customer payments.
• Courier partners — Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, and Carrybee, to book and track deliveries.

We share only the information each provider needs to complete its part of the transaction (for example, delivery address and order value for courier bookings).

StoreTunnel uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the StoreTunnel dashboard or this marketing site.

Account and store data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward to allow account recovery and meet legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit, and access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
